SCHEDULE
Tentative schedule – We’ll be updating as changes happen
Saturday, May 30
3pm: Rooms open (dorms at EMU), check-in available for those arriving Sat (we ask that participants cover their own costs for Sat night if arriving early)
Supper: Participants make own supper arrangements, restaurants are available within 1 mile of EMU.
Sunday, May 31
8am – 5pm: Shenandoah National Park Field Trip. Join us for an optional field trip to beautiful nearby Shenandoah National Park. We will have opportunity to hike, speak with park rangers, and otherwise spend a day enjoying this amazing bit of creation! Costs for transportation and park entry covered by CSCS.
3pm: Rooms open (dorms at EMU), check-in available

7pm: Evening public event, Rev Mitch Hescox, President of Evangelical Environmental Network
Monday, June 1

11am-12:30pm: A case study in campus sustainability
12:30-2:00pm: Lunch
2:00-3:15 pm: Workshop Session #1
3:15-3:45pm: Break
3:45-5pm: Workshop Session #2
5pm: Summarizing discussion
5:30pm: Picnic Dinner, George Washington National Forest
Tuesday, June 2

8:45-10am: Workshop Session #3
10-10:30am: Break (coffee and snacks)
10:30am-12pm: Processing Results of Workshop Sessions
12-1pm: Lunch
1-3pm: Secure Futures; Session and field trip to EMHS solar installation
3:30-5:00pm: Conclusions and next steps
5:00-5:30 pm – Closing worship
5:30pm: Dinner
Wednesday, June 3

Morning – participants depart (Campus Sustainability Ambassadors stay for Wed training, leave Thurs morning)
